1. Booking & Payment: All appointments are pre-paid in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
2. 24-Hour Notice Period: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment for a full refund at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment (No-Show), you will forfeit 50% of the consultation fee.
4. Refunds: In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the remaining 50% balance of your pre-paid fee will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exceptions: We recognize that genuine emergencies occur. Fees may be waived or credited at the practitioner's discretion for documented or unforeseen emergencies.
